Aire Valley Catering was established in 1984.

From our Head Office and Showroom based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, we cover the whole of the United Kingdom. We offer a huge range of commercial catering equipment and coffee machines of virtually every make and model. To support our sales, we also provide full after-sales and technical support, including our nationwide team of field engineers who are available to install, commission, and service all types of commercial catering equipment, coffee machine, wash-ware and refrigeration equipment.

We specialise in Cappuccino and Espresso machines, and have twenty years experience in the Catering & Beverage Industry. We pride ourselves on being able to supply any make of catering equipment - no matter how obscure it may be.

Summary of Aire Valley Catering Returns Policy

All items returned for credit will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge or a delivery charge for return to the manufacturer dependant on which is greater (unless items are damaged).

All items must be returned within 7 days

Aire Valley Catering must be notified within 3 days of receipt of delivery of any damaged/faulty goods to be returned to us. Credits will not be raised for items where we are notified outside of this 3 day period.

Items returned to Aire Valley Catering for credit must be sent to us by a secure method - e.g. Royal Mail Recorded delivery or courier service where a signature on receipt of goods is obtained. Aire Valley Catering will not be responsible for crediting items returned to us by an unsecure method - e.g 1st Class Post.

Aire Valley Catering shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in goods arising from any drawing , design or specification supplied by the customer.

Aire Valley Catering shall be under no liability if the defect or failure, within reason from Aire Valley Catering, arises from wilful damage or misuse, negligence by the customer or third party, failure to follow the manufactures instructions, or alterations or repair to goods without prior notice from Aire Valley Catering.
